Lauren Perez, NP

Description

Lauren K. Perez, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner who has over 17 years clinical experience. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, is a BLS and ACLS certified instructor with additional certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS). She is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association and the Society of Trauma Nurses. As trauma coordinator for a Level 2 Community Trauma Program, Lauren provides oversight of trauma registry data submitted to the National Trauma Data Base and the Trauma Quality Improvement project. She conducts classroom, bedside and community education on injury prevention. Lauren is returning to Columbus Regional after five years of experience working in Georgia's only American College of Surgeons Level 1 trauma center and ED. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys local/global travel and spending time with family and friends.
